Under what conditions is insulation required for corrosion-resistant storage tanks

Corrosion-resistant storage tanks, when installed on reinforced insulation layers, can effectively prevent corrosive substances, reduce overall economic losses, and ensure a longer service life for the tanks. So, what are the essential conditions for insulation work on corrosion-resistant storage tanks?

 1. The entire corrosion-resistant storage tank must be properly installed, and appropriate water filling and pressure testing must be conducted;  

2. Complete the installation of the support components required during the insulation process and conduct a thorough inspection;  

3. Conduct corresponding inspections on the external anti-corrosion of the storage tanks;  

4. Before commencing construction, the surface of the corrosion-resistant storage tank must be cleaned, primarily by removing oil residue and dust, and ensuring the equipment is dry. In rainy, snowy, or high-wind conditions, the tank should not be used outdoors and requires appropriate insulation measures.
