(1) The inner wall of the tank and its internal components located less than 2 meters away from the bottom plate are in the two-phase zone (gas-liquid or oil-water phase) and in areas where the edge plate of the middle plate is prone to water accumulation and depression is more severe. Sacrificial anodes combined with heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating for joint protection are used;
(2) The inner surface of the tank bottom plate is treated with solvent-free epoxy primer and epoxy glass flake coating for a heavy-duty anti-corrosion structure. The lining is made of natural hard rubber and semi hard rubber (vulcanized rubber), and the product is vulcanized at a certain temperature to undergo chemical changes, forming a cross-linked network structure rubber process. Compared with plastic storage tanks, steel lined plastic storage tanks do not use any additives or plastic fillers in production. They are completely made of polyethylene (PE) materials modified by the company's unique formula. From the tank body to the inlet and outlet, manhole, flange, etc., they are integrally formed without welding seams. Therefore, the storage tanks also have the advantages of no welding seams, no leakage, non-toxic, light weight, anti-aging, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, long life, and meet health standards. The price of steel lined plastic storage tanks is lower than that of steel lined plastic storage tanks, ordinary glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tanks, polypropylene storage tanks, and PVC storage tanks, and the service life under natural conditions is longer.
